Winkler County Memorial Hospital (Winkler) required Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) consulting services focused on professional coding accuracy, Provider education and compliance related to Evaluation and Management (E&M) level coding. The engagement was initiated to support 3 newly onboarded physicians and to ensure appropriate documentation and coding practices aligned with regulatory and payor requirements.
