Ben Hudson is a senior healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience leading healthcare technology, revenue cycle management (RCM) and enterprise program management initiatives. He brings deep expertise in helping healthcare organizations improve financial performance, operational efficiency and technology adoption.
At JTS, Ben supports the delivery of the firm’s RCM consulting and healthcare information technology (HIT) engagements. He leverages JTS’ proprietary nCREAS™ AI-powered RCM Intelligence Engine to help hospitals strengthen revenue integrity, optimize financial outcomes and achieve sustainable operational improvements.
Throughout his career, Ben has held executive leadership positions spanning consulting services, enterprise program management, large-scale healthcare technology implementations and business development. He has led organizations responsible for multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolios, managed significant annual revenue targets and maintained direct profit-and-loss accountability for consulting services operations.
Ben holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and maintains Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certifications. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
