Jann Lefler is a senior healthcare executive with more than three decades of experience leading large‑scale revenue cycle, operations and strategic transformation initiatives across academic medical centers, health systems and consulting organizations. At JTS Health Partners, Jann is a Project Manager of Client Services where she provides project management and executive advisory leadership that keeps complex engagements on track, on time and on budget—driving measurable improvements in financial performance and operational outcomes for clients nationwide.
Jann’s leadership spans provider and industry roles. During eight years with Siemens Medical Solutions, she advanced to Managing Director, Global Solutions, where she led teams of senior‑level consultants across the U.S., Canada and Europe to deliver clinical, operational and technology innovations that improved patient outcomes and enterprise efficiency. Prior to Siemens, she built foundational provider‑side expertise at Intermountain Health Care, serving in multiple leadership roles—including Director, Ambulatory Services for the Salt Lake Valley Health Systems and member of the Corporate Physician Network Development Team—as well as earlier appointments directing marketing for IHC Laboratory Services and IHC Health Plans.
Since 2008, Jann has held leadership roles within University of Utah Health, including service as Senior Director of Strategic Alliances in the Office of Network Development & Telehealth, where she cultivated partnerships and new delivery models to extend access and strengthen financial sustainability. Her University of Utah tenure also included finance leadership as Director, Financial Planning & Decision Support, where she partnered on enterprise revenue cycle initiatives (including a systemwide Epic RCM implementation) and risk‑mitigation planning to protect cash flow and AR performance.
Committed to developing the next generation of healthcare leaders, Jann has served as adjunct faculty in the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah, teaching Healthcare Strategic Management and Healthcare Operations. Earlier in her career, she founded and led a healthcare consulting firm focused on strategic planning, product and services development, technology planning, process redesign and project management.
Jann earned both her BA and MBA (healthcare finance & administration emphasis) from Brigham Young University.
