Thomas (Tom) D. Stewart, Jr., CPA, is a distinguished healthcare executive with more than three decades of leadership across healthcare information technology, management consulting, financial operations, and revenue cycle performance. As President, CEO and Co‑Founder of JTS Health Partners, Tom leads a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting and professional services firm headquartered in the Greater Atlanta area.
Tom co‑founded JTS Ventures, Inc., in 2002, establishing the corporate foundation from which JTS Health Partners launched its healthcare subsidiary in 2009. His executive direction has shaped JTS into a trusted advisor for hospitals, physician enterprises and integrated health systems, known for delivering measurable operational improvements and advanced revenue cycle solutions.
A results‑oriented leader, Tom is recognized for his ability to guide organizations through complex financial, operational and strategic transformations. His career includes pivotal leadership roles at globally respected organizations such as IBM, Coram Healthcare, Oncology Partners/Value Sciences, KPMG Peat Marwick and Siemens Healthcare (formerly Siemens Medical Solutions USA). Across these positions, he led strategic solutions consulting, investment banking initiatives, operational workflow optimization, financial modeling and enterprise performance improvement programs.
Under Tom’s leadership, JTS Health Partners has earned national recognition for elevating healthcare financial performance and redefining high‑quality client service in the revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. He has championed the development of advanced analytics, operational automation and predictive revenue cycle tools that help healthcare organizations manage profitability, mitigate risk and enhance financial sustainability in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Georgia.
Beyond his executive leadership, Tom remains actively engaged in professional and community initiatives. He is a long‑standing member of VISTAGE International (Atlanta Group #151), where he collaborates with other senior executives to advance organizational excellence and leadership innovation.
Stewart and his wife, Julie Stewart, are also dedicated advocates for children and families impacted by autism. Together, they co‑founded Starfish Kids, a Georgia nonprofit established in 2012 that provides essential services, resources and support for children on the autism spectrum.
