Principals, Client Directors & Consultants

Mr. Abner Brignoni, CCS
Health Information Management
Mr. Brignoni has over twenty-five (25) years of healthcare experience currently serving as the Director of Client Services for the Health Information Management Practice. He is a senior certified coding consultant with extensive experience in the following areas: hospital operations, management, advisory consulting and coding. His professional experience includes six (6) years as a Clinical Analytics Director with an emphasis on ICD-10 financial impacts, clinical documentation improvement (CDI) and education (both physician and coder), along with coding and physician documentation audits. In addition, Mr. Brignoni also served in the capacity of Data Quality Manager for seven (7) years for a large Orlando-based hospital.

Mr. Brignoni is well versed regarding DRG/grouper and encoder experience, having worked with Federal DRG’s through version 24, MS-DRG’s, and AP-DRG’s.


Ms. Rhonda Childress, RHIT
Health Information Management
Ms. Childress has over thirty-five (35) years of healthcare experience currently serving as the Director of Client Services for the Health Information Management Practice. Additionally, she has operated as Patient Financial Services (PFS) corporate directors, as well as Privacy Officer. Her experience encompasses inpatient and outpatient coding, implementing multiple enterprise-systemes in the acute care hospital setting. Additional experience includes HIM and revenue cycle management improvement/solution for discharge not final billed (DNFB) reduction programs, master patient index (MPI) integrity initiatives, coding (with auditing) operational assessments, coding outsourcing and computer assisted coding (CAC)implementation.

Ms. Childress has over thirty (30) years of acute hospital experience in healthcare information technology. She is considered by the AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).


Ms. Melanie Dragosljvich, RHIA
Health Information Management
Ms. Dragosljvich is a registered health information administrator (RHIA) and certified health data analyst (CDHA) with over thirty (30) years of HIM experience inclusive of HIM Director roles spanning over twenty-one (21) years within the healthcare industry. She has managed both Coding and HIM teams; led numerous initiatives to improve processes; and provided vision and design for information systems to support improvements in coding, HIM, revenue cycle and the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

She combines HIM content, project management and performance improvement expertise with best practices in change management and transition management. She understands not only the technical work issues, but also the human relation issues that influence the success of the HIM/EHR outcomes.


Ms. Marqueshia Florence, RHIT
Health Information Management
Ms. Florence has over twenty-two (22) years of healthcare experience and currently serving as the manager of Coding Services for the Health Information Management Practice. She has ten (10+) years of combined management, supervisory, teaching and auditing experience. Her specialty is focusing on reducing discharged not final billed (DNFB) and assisting facilities following a troubled conversion and implementation of new Revenue Cycle Management systems – focusing attention to details as they relate to functions, systems, procedures and analysis.

Her passion is introducing new additions to the world of Health Information Management and watching them flourish. Ms. Florence received her RHIT credentials from AHIMA in 1996.


Ms. Deborah Beezley, RHIT
Director Client Services (Genomics)
Ms. Beezley has over thirty-five (35) years of healthcare experience and currently serves as a Director of Client Services for a newly formed strategic partnership with GeneNews Limited.  She is recognized as a decisive leader initiating and implementing change with a collaborative and engaging style. She is a credentialed health information management professional who has served as management staff in the Education Division and the Hospital Accreditation Program at The Joint Commission (TJC) in Chicago. During her years at the Joint Commission her expertise centered on Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAP) training and development.

Previously, as President of a private consulting firm her specialties were: Regulatory, QAPI, and Joint Commission assessment and preparation. Ms. Beezley most recently directed a Health Information Management department for a 767-bed hospital where she led re-engineering and automation of the Health Information Management department leading to not only TJC compliance but increased cash flow with attention to timeliness of coding practices and clinical documentation.



Ms. Julie Stewart
Senior VP Integration Services & Privacy Officer
Mrs. Stewart has twenty (20+) years of experience in Information Services related to application development, b2b commerce, network operations, product and project management.

Mrs. Stewart began her career in Atlanta, Georgia working with the following organizations: International Business Machines (IBM), Lithonia Lighting, HBO & Company, and Harbinger (Inovis). She has experience leading both development (planning, design, & full-scale application development) and operations in manufacturing & distribution, electronic commerce & healthcare – all specializing in highly effective Information Systems & Processes. Her role within JTS Integration Services covers executive management of Information Technology, Analytics Development, Privacy & Security, and Facility Management.

Mrs. Stewart is additionally a co-founder of Starfish Kids, a non-profit organization providing support for children in the autism spectrum. She and her children are actively involved in volunteer activities in community organizations such as YMCA, Partnership Against Domestic Violence, Young Men’s Service League; all providing support for community efforts across the Atlanta area. Most importantly, she is Mother to two children: Anthony and Annalise, who attend Greater Atlanta Christian School.
